Separate AI system for improved scalability
Developing an AI solution independently from the existing infrastructure was crucial for scalability. By creating a separate service, Pangea.ai could scale and update the AI solution more easily as their needs evolved. This approach ensured that the AI could grow alongside Pangea.ai’s expanding operations without being limited by the constraints of their existing infrastructure. The flexibility of an independent solution allowed for continuous improvements and adaptations, ensuring long-term efficiency and effectiveness.

DrAIve: accelerating AI development
A key challenge was ensuring the new AI solution was integrated with Pangea.ai’s existing system. It had to be developed independently to avoid disruption. Leveraging our AI development framework, AI Kickstarter, we supported Pangea.ai from the start of their AI adoption journey, enabling seamless integration of AI projects with their existing infrastructure.
Using our Python library, DrAIve, which is part of this framework and accelerates AI development with reusable functions, we developed an AI feature that analyses user-uploaded documents and accurately matches them to Pangea.ai’s form fields. To ensure the highest possible accuracy, we used separate prompts for each form element and interpreted the results flexibly.
Backend services improvement
To meet the increased demand for Pangea.ai’s services, Miquido ensured that Pangea.ai’s infrastructure could scale effectively, handling the higher volume of talent registrations and data processing, and maintaining a consistent user experience and operational continuity. Additionally, we implemented RabbitMQ as a queuing system to handle reliable internal communication within our AI solution, allowing for asynchronous message passing and improving scalability and reliability.
